Edwardian Chrome Plated Bridge Playing Card Box

Chrome is dulled due to lack of polishing, giving it a rather nice gun-metal finish. The lid has a brass word spelling ‘bridge’ in a decorative Edwardian italic. The lid of the box is released by a small inset turquoise stone, mounted on a push button. The interior is camphor wood lined. In excellent working order £115

Large two-leaf Mahogany Dining Table with Winding Extension Mechanism, includes original winder. As with all tables of this style and age, there is mild difference in the colour of the leaves and the tabletop (see photographed) , this can be remedied for a fee by our professional restorer.  On four lovely solid Reeded Turned Tapered Legs, circa 1840 – 1860.
